How long does it take you to process an order?

Once payment is received, we expect the order to be dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding any items that may be out of stock.

 

Are there any additional products available besides the ones I see  on this site?

We have included our current list that contains brands and products we offer for wholesale. We welcome requests for additional products and brands and will forward those on to the Purchasing Department.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

We ask you to send a finalized order. However, you may make any necessary changes before payment is received.

 

How do I pay for my order?

Our Order Form requires you to fill out what payment method you prefer. We will give you all Payment Instructions.

 

Will I pay taxes on my order?

GLOBAL NATURAL is international and therefore we require our resellers to specifically request taxes to be included on their invoices when necessary. Taxes are the responsibility of the reseller and you must indicate the amount (percentage) requested.

 

How long does shipping take?

This depends on the destination of your order. Once we receive your dispatch address, we can advise you of the shipping method and delivery period you should expect.

 

Is tracking available for my order?

Tracking is available for most orders. However, we do not offer tracking for all countries. You will receive an email upon shipment with detailed shipping information for your order.

 

Is marketing support available for your brands or products?

Some materials may be available, including sales sheets for specific brands, upon request. If you have a specific request, please send it via Contact form
